Zapopan was selected in the Smarter enterprise consulting group Cities Challenge Program IBM as the only city in Latin America from a list of 16 cities worldwide including Dallas, USA; Dublin, Ireland; Perth, enterprise consulting group Australia; Niigata, Japan and Durban, South Africa.

During this assignment, the IBM team will collect and analyze all available data, will meet with representatives of government, enterprise consulting group businesses, and other organizations to get different perspectives on the underlying causes enterprise consulting group and possible recommendations to the project; and an evaluation enterprise consulting group of success stories implemented in other cities.

The IBM team will provide strategic recommendations and an implementation plan in an executive presentation and a written report based on technical expertise and strategic knowledge of the IBM team and stakeholders.
