On Monday we were fortunate to be invited to Showfood wakely consulting group 2013, the third edition of this 'festival' of gastronomy. In an unbeatable atmosphere, the heart of La Castellana, the Intercontinental Hotel in Madrid is made the costume gourmet and opened its doors to more than 600 influential world of gastronomy and we knew we diésemos wakely consulting group quote some of the finest gourmet products available.

Showfood is becoming the new way of networking among the gourmet brands and the resources devoted to gastronomy. In the words of Teresa Abascal, member of Abascal Communication: "Showfood is a campaign of selective reporting of the exclusive world of gastronomy brands." And as we are unique in Showfood enjoyed the best products we can find in the national and international scene, that we are to some Livers.
In this third edition of Showfood have been several shows that have accompanied gastronomic event, the most remarkable spectacle Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian fusion) of Peru with the best chef in the world, and Sato Yaquir prestigious chef Luis Arevalo, who They showed us the secrets of this Peruvian-Japanese fusion and its perfect pairing with the products of our land.
It was a pleasure to attend this Showfood the good we brought friends and future impressions which we hope to echo in the future. We also agree with good friends, so the day we could not be better. We are already waiting for the 2014 to come back and tell thee Livers.
